- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪worst insurance agent ever!! I have been trying to cancel a policy for my mother in law (she is 86) for her condo contents, not associated with a mortgage and they refuse to do so!! Making us send closing documents and fill out papers 'asking" to cancel the policy. All stalling tactics to avoid refunding money and making it difficult for an elderly woman. Brent O'Quinn is always "on another call" and the receptionist is condescending and totally unhelpful. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYJuly 18, 2017by Margaret Green
