The receptionist was very pleasant, but due to incomptence of the office manager and the crudeness of the remaining staff we were unable to see the Doctor.. We ask to speak with the ocffice manager to explain that we realize they do not particapate with our current insurance and thats why we are paying cash in order to see the doctor of our choice. We were abruptly informed that Florida law prohibites us to pay cash for the visit. They could not tell us where that information was printed but they then stated the bottom line was we would not be able to be seen! It didn't end there...then we were told that since we had an attutide the doctor denied seeing us on any future visit! PLEASE...GET YOUR FACTS RIGHT!! There is no law that says you cannot go to any doctor of your choice and pay cash if they are not participating with your current insurance plan!May 27, 2017by Kenneth Boswell
