  long, long wait, no one seemed to care. This is the third time I have visited this office, once for me, quite sometime ago, but I left after waiting over an hour in the waiting room. Today, I took my 97 year old mother for a second visit, the first visit we waited about 45 minutes after I filled out all the papers, so we were there for about an hour. This time the apt was for 2:45PM, someone phoned and moved the app time up to 2:15. Great, they have a handle on the apps and are adjusting them! Wrong, Got to the office at 2:05 for the now 2:15 app. Very full room, all handicap mostly older, over 70 years I would guess, with either walkers or cains. At 2:45 I asked how much longer it would be and the lady said at least another 25 to 30 minutes. I told her we would not be waiting which seemed just fine with her, looked like she was just removing a folder from the pack. Guess that made her day better, she could go home sooner is my guess. My question is, does the Doctor even know about the terrible scheduleing? Possibly not, To bad, she seemed like a nice lady and my guess is my mothers regular Dr is not aware of this type of treatment. His office, I might say is excellent, sign in sit down and you are called to see the doctor. His office should give classes to the Neurology Associates. As we were leaving, with a full room many were agreeing with us that the wait is ALWAYS bad at that office. Could someone out there reccommend a Neurology Dr for a 97 year old woman that could see her in a reasonable amout of time? I will be checking back to see if there is one in Ormond and will make an app. The worst part is the staff did not seem to care in the least!!!!!
