  The Dr was diligent and seems determined to help find the source of my chronic pain. I would say my experience was great, aside from the staff not following through to set up the testing I need. Not even a phone call seems I was totally forgotten about even after I called myself to schedule the test I was told again I'll get a call back and not a peep. So I give them 3 stars the Dr was great but the other experience has not been.

  I only gave one star because I couldn't give 0. Scheduled an appointment for Monday, July 3 with Laura, then she called me on June 22 and told me they decided to close the office so they had to cancel my appointment. I rescheduled for Friday, July 7 but told Laura I would have to try to cancel my travel plans and if I could not I would call back to reschedule. Called back this morning and they were very hard to get in touch with. Finally spoke with Laura and she handed me off to someone else and they told me that Laura said they never scheduled an appointment with me for Monday, July 3. As an online teacher I only have one week off per summer and that is next week and I had called a few weeks in advance to schedule that first appointment and now they canceled the only available appointment that works and don't even try to squeeze me in. I told them I had paperwork that said that my appointment was July 3 and Laura insisted that she never scheduled that appointment in which calling me a liar. I will be in their office Wednesday morning to show them the paperwork but I will never visit this office as their office staff is terrible.
